"We were just starting our journey to Alaska when we realized we had a brake light out in our cargo trailer. We were frantically trying to find a place that we could get to before they closed, so we could continue on our trip. I called you guys and John in sales answered and said they could take a look at it. At 4:20pm we were only 6 miles away but still about 10-12 min out d/t traffic. John ran up to the shop and the guys all waited for us. Unfortunately, the brake light was unfixable at that time d/t a very packed trailer, but John in sales noticed that the trailer hitch was sitting too high and then John from service checked the trailer tires and they were 20lbs too low. There was one other gentleman there in sales as well (I’m sorry I can’t remember his name). These 3 men stayed open, stayed after closing and helped us fix the hitch and inflated the tire…. and we didn’t even buy the trailer from you.
